Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on legal issues relevant to ongoing matters.
- Analyse statutes, judicial precedents, and legal developments.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, applications, notices, and submissions.
- Support the preparation and organisation of legal records and case files.
- Prepare case briefs and legal summaries.
- Assist advocates in organising materials for hearings and proceedings.
- Support court-related assignments and procedural tasks.
- Assist in miscellaneous legal and administrative work associated with litigation practice.
