Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting pleadings, affidavits, and legal memoranda for corporate and litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research on statutory provisions, case law, and regulatory developments.
  • Support senior counsel in preparing case strategies and reviewing discovery documents.
  • Attend client meetings and courtroom proceedings under supervision.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team on anti‑corruption and due diligence projects.

Eligibility

  • Students in the 4th or 5th year of a five‑year law course.
