Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop articles and blogs on current legal issues.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
  • Draft vlogs, case analyses, and judgment analyses.
  • Organize and participate in webinars.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents and memoranda.

Interns at litigation practices in India are commonly involved in drafting, case research, and courtroom attendance. Exposure to tribunals like NCLT and DRT is particularly valuable for those pursuing insolvency or banking practice.
