Role & Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts, agreements, and internal policies
  • Conducting legal research on corporate, labour, environmental, and automotive regulations
  • Supporting compliance processes, regulatory filings, and internal audits
  • Assisting in due diligence and risk assessment for ongoing business projects
  • Preparing case briefs, legal summaries, and maintaining documentation/records

Interns at corporate legal teams in India are commonly involved in drafting, case research, and compliance management. Exposure to regulatory bodies and industry forums is particularly valuable for those pursuing corporate law or commercial litigation practice.

Eligibility

  • Pursuing LL.B. (Final Year) or LL.M. from a reputed institution
  • Language – English & Marathi
  • Strong capabilities in legal research, drafting, and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior internship experience in a corporate legal team or law firm (preferred)
