  • Introduction to the UK Legal System
  • Principles of Property Law in England & Wales
  • Residential and Commercial Conveyancing
  • Title Investigation and Due Diligence
  • Leasehold and Freehold Property Transactions
  • Client Communication and File Management
  • Legal Research and Documentation
  • Legal Technology and CRM Platforms (including LEAP, Osprey, and Case Management Systems)

Interns at Homex Group will gain hands-on experience in property law and conveyancing, and will have the opportunity to work with experienced UK and Indian legal professionals. The internship will provide a comprehensive understanding of the UK legal system and property law, and will equip interns with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this field.

Eligibility

  • Final-year law students (3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes)
  • Recent law graduates
  • Candidates with a strong interest in Property Law, UK Conveyancing, and international legal practice
  • Individuals possessing good communication, legal research, and drafting skills
  • Candidates willing to learn and work in a professional legal environment
