Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern at Juris Corp, you will:
- Conduct Legal Research:
Work on complex legal queries related to financial regulations, insolvency, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution. - Draft Legal Documents:
Assist in the drafting of contracts, agreements, petitions, written submissions, and memos related to litigation and non-litigation matters. - Support Senior Lawyers:
Help prepare case files, meeting notes, and presentations; assist lawyers during internal meetings and client discussions. - Participate in Legal Strategy:
Attend team discussions on live cases and contribute to case strategy and legal opinion development. - Hands-On Exposure:
Gain practical experience in court filings, insolvency proceedings, and compliance-related matters, depending on the office’s active practice areas.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Be currently pursuing an LLB (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognized university
