Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in matters pertaining to commercial and civil litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, banking and recovery proceedings, as well as other areas of practice handled by the Firm.
  • Legal research, preparation of case briefs, drafting of pleadings and applications, compilation of records, assistance in ongoing matters, and such other assignments as may be entrusted from time to time.

Interns at litigation practices in India are commonly involved in drafting, case research, and courtroom attendance. Exposure to tribunals like NCLT and DRT is particularly valuable for those pursuing insolvency or banking practice. This internship will provide substantive exposure to litigation practice and serve as an assessment period for prospective engagement with the Firm.

Eligibility

  • Meritorious law students and recent graduates with sound legal acumen, proficiency in legal research and drafting, attention to detail, and a sincere inclination towards litigation practice are eligible.

This role is best suited for law students in their 3rd/4th/5th year pursuing a career in dispute resolution or commercial litigation.
