ADS Legal, a reputed law firm based in New Delhi, is now inviting applications for its physical internship program for the month of November 2024. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic law students who are eager to gain practical experience in various areas of legal practice. Eligibility Criteria:
- For BA LLB students: Only 4th and 5th-year students are eligible.
- For LLB students: 3rd-year students pursuing the 3-year LLB course can apply.
- The minimum duration for the internship is 1 month.
Key Responsibilities:
Interns at ADS Legal will be actively involved in various legal tasks, providing them with exposure to a variety of legal forums and cases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and Preparation: Assisting in the drafting of petitions and appeals to be submitted across various courts and tribunals.
- Court Filings: Helping in filing cases at different courts, including the Supreme Court, High Court, and various tribunals.
- Legal Research: Conducting case-based research on relevant legal issues and case laws.
- Court Visits: Participating in visits to the Supreme Court, High Court, and other tribunals for case hearings.
- Briefing Notes: Assisting attorneys in preparing briefing notes for ongoing cases.
- Additional Tasks: Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior attorneys and partners.
This internship provides a well-rounded experience where students can engage with real-life legal proceedings and gain insight into the workings of a law firm.
