Role & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in conducting title due diligence across India, with knowledge of relevant local laws;
  • Proficiency in handling property transactions and redevelopment matters, including interpreting revenue records such as 7/12 extracts & property cards, and drafting sale, lease, and license agreements.
  • Strong understanding of RERA, DCR, town planning, and local property development regulation

Typically, real estate lawyers in India are involved in advising clients on property transactions, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
