Role & Responsibilities

  • Court appearances and matter handling.
  • Moving matters and advancing proceedings.
  • Civil and Criminal litigation.
  • Drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal notices.
  • Case preparation and client coordination.
  • Conducting arguments before the courts.
