Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth legal research, analysis, and due diligence on complex corporate transactions and commercial matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, transaction documents, board resolutions, legal opinions, and advisory memoranda.
  • Lead and assist in structuring and executing PE/VC funding rounds, M&A deals, and corporate reorganisations.
