Role & Responsibilities
- Handle civil, commercial, and criminal litigation matters, including real estate disputes, consumer matters, contractual claims, recovery actions, regulatory matters, and writ petitions
- Regular appearances before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, and subordinate courts
- End-to-end matter management, including advocacy, strategy, drafting, research, and client handling
- Mentor junior associates
