Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle civil, commercial, and criminal litigation matters, including real estate disputes, consumer matters, contractual claims, recovery actions, regulatory matters, and writ petitions
  • Regular appearances before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, and subordinate courts
  • End-to-end matter management, including advocacy, strategy, drafting, research, and client handling
  • Mentor junior associates
