Required Experience

2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate and M&A work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
  • Participating in the structuring and execution of complex corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
  • Managing all aspects of a transaction from initiation to closure, including negotiations, drafting, execution, and post-closing activities.
  • Working closely with clients, regulators, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction management.
  • Supporting senior associates and partners on strategic transactions and cross-border matters.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Possess a full-time LL.B. degree from a recognized law school or university in India.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of work experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, primarily handling corporate transactions and M&A mandates.
