Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Legal Drafting & Advisory

As a Legal Trainee, your core function will be to assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of various commercial agreements including:

  • Licensing & IP Assignment Agreements
  • SaaS & Technology Licensing Agreements

  • Shareholder, JV, and Collaboration Agreements
  • Procurement, Supply, and Logistics Contracts
  • NDAs, MOUs, LOIs, and Confidentiality Agreements

You will also work on core contract clauses such as indemnity, dispute resolution, arbitration, and jurisdiction provisions.

2. Regulatory & Policy Advisory / Legal Opinions

The role also includes providing legal research and regulatory compliance advisory under key statutes such as:

  • The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
