  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and pharma-related agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
  • Provide legal advisory support to cross-functional teams on day-to-day business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with pharma regulations, including Drugs & Cosmetics laws and frameworks.
