We’re offering a Legal Internship in Delhi with a hybrid mode of work—combining remote assignments with in-office exposure and court visits.

This is not your typical internship. If you’re someone who is serious about legal practice and wants to build your skills in real-time client matters, court work, and legal documentation, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Who We Are Looking For

We are inviting applications from law students who are enthusiastic, committed, and willing to take initiative. Our ideal intern is someone with good legal research and drafting skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and a strong work ethic. You’ll get to work directly on client matters—ranging from property disputes to regulatory issues under RERA—and attend court hearings and meetings alongside professionals in Delhi and Gurgaon.

Key Practice Areas

The legal internship covers some of the most practically relevant and dynamic areas of law in India, such as:

  • RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act): Interns will engage in matters involving delay in possession, builder-buyer disputes, and regulatory compliance under HRERA.
  • Domestic Violence Laws: Learn about protection orders, maintenance proceedings, and legal remedies available under the Domestic Violence Act.
  • Indian Property Laws: Handle cases involving ownership disputes, title verification, partition suits, and related civil matters.

Roles and Responsibilities

Interns selected for this legal internship in Delhi will be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth legal research on case laws and statutory provisions.
  • Drafting HRERA complaints, legal notices, replies, and petitions.
  • Assisting in filing procedures, compilation of documents, and preparation for hearings.
  • Attending court proceedings and client meetings in Delhi & Gurgaon (as per schedule).
  • Assisting seniors in case strategy, briefing notes, and client communications.

This internship will help you understand court procedures, document drafting formats, client handling, and how legal theories translate into actual practice.

Internship Details

  • Mode: Hybrid (combination of online tasks, office work, and court visits)
  • Location: Delhi and Gurgaon
  • Duration: Minimum 2 months (extendable depending on performance and availability)
  • Stipend: ₹7,500 per month
  • Working Days: 5–6 days a week, depending on court schedules and workload

What You Will Gain

  • Practical experience in litigation and regulatory matters
  • Hands-on drafting experience, which most law school students lack
  • Exposure to real client interaction, legal strategy planning, and court functioning
  • Mentorship from legal professionals with years of experience in civil, property, and consumer laws

This is your opportunity to bridge the gap between theory and practice—while also earning a stipend and building connections in the legal community of NCR.
