Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts and business agreements.
  • Support commercial business operations and business development initiatives through legal advisory and transaction support.
  • Advise on industry-specific laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.
  • Implement and support policies, processes, and training programs relating to anti-bribery, competition law, and compliance frameworks.
  • Advise business teams on marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, product communications, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate and manage external legal counsel and service providers.
  • Advise on go-to-market strategies and business initiatives.
  • Provide commercially focused legal solutions while maintaining high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
