Are you a freshly minted law graduate or a young lawyer looking to build a career in litigation? We have an exciting and meaningful opportunity for you. We are currently hiring a Legal Associate in Criminal Litigation with 0–2 years of experience, based in Mumbai. This is more than a job—it’s a long-term professional commitment to grow with a dedicated litigation team.

This role is perfect for someone who is driven, curious, and looking for mentorship, learning, and full courtroom exposure right from the start. Whether you’re looking to master procedural nuances or understand complex matters of law, this position is designed to help you establish a strong foundation in litigation.

What You’ll Work On

Our legal practice is deeply rooted in Criminal Litigation, particularly before the Hon’ble High Court, as well as Trial Court proceedings across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai. In addition to criminal matters, you will also receive practical exposure to:

  • Civil Litigation
  • Family Court Matters
  • Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution
  • Appellate Practice

This is a well-rounded litigation role that ensures you’ll never be restricted to just drafting or paperwork. You will attend court hearings, conduct legal research, interact with clients, draft pleadings and applications, and gradually become a core member of our litigation team.

Who Should Apply

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 0–2 years of relevant legal experience post-qualification
  • Is street smart, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • Is genuinely interested in a long-term litigation career
  • Has strong research and drafting skills
  • Is able to handle responsibility and work under pressure
  • Is located in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, Thane, or Navi Mumbai

Freshers are welcome to apply provided they have interned in litigation environments and understand courtroom functioning.

What Makes This Role Unique

This position is not just a stepping stone but a long-term opportunity. We believe in investing in people who are equally committed to investing in the team. You’ll be mentored directly by experienced litigators, be involved in meaningful matters, and most importantly, grow with one team over time.

Here’s what we offer:

  • Daily court exposure
  • Hands-on experience across multiple forums
  • Mentorship and skill-building in strategy, drafting, and oral advocacy
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Growth pathways into independent handling of cases

Your mindset will matter just as much as your legal skill set. We want team members who are not just looking for any job—but those who are committed to building something meaningful together.
