Band 4 (3-4 years PQE): ₹30-35 lakh, comprising ₹23-27 lakh fixed and ₹5-8 lakh variable. Senior Associate – Band 1 (4-6 years PQE): ₹28-32 lakh fixed and ₹10-17 lakh variable.
