Role & Responsibilities
- Working on specific deals and mandates, particularly in the media and entertainment space.
- Handling corporate and transactional work, including Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), Investment Agreements, Debenture / Security Documents, MoA / AoA.
- Building exposure to media & entertainment transactions.
Interns at corporate law practices in India are commonly involved in drafting, case research, and courtroom attendance. Exposure to tribunals like NCLT and DRT is particularly valuable for those pursuing insolvency or banking practice.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong experience in corporate and transactional work.
- Interest in building exposure to media & entertainment transactions.
- Comfortable working in a lean, high-responsibility setup.
