Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct legal due diligence exercises
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Perform legal research and analysis under Indonesian law
- Draft legal opinions and transaction-related documents
- Support advisory and corporate legal matters
- Work collaboratively with team members and independently on assigned matters
- Provide practical and innovative legal solutions to clients
As an Associate at Dewi Djalal & Partners, you will be working on a wide range of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, and corporate law. Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a law firm or legal department
- Hands-on experience in Legal Due Diligence (LDD) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
- Law degree from a reputable university
This role is best suited for law graduates with a strong passion for corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
