As a Litigation Associate or Senior Associate at Thema Corporate Services LLP, you will be expected to take on diverse responsibilities that span the full litigation lifecycle. Your tasks will include:

Representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums including Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), High Court, and District Courts.

Drafting a wide range of legal documents such as pleadings, petitions, affidavits, applications, written submissions, and replies. You will be involved in preparing case strategies and ensuring the documentation is timely and effective.

Conducting extensive legal research to support litigation strategy and preparing concise, actionable legal opinions and case briefs. You’ll be responsible for staying up to date with changes in statutes, case laws, and procedural rules.

Coordinating with senior counsels, junior counsels, clients, tribunal clerks, court staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of litigation tasks.

Attending and supporting hearings, mediations, pre-trial discussions, client meetings, and arbitrations, as and when required. You’ll be expected to maintain strong case records and status updates.
