Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) has been established by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, to act as a think-tank and a centre of excellence to support the growth of the corporate sector in India through an integrated and multi-disciplinary approach. The Honβble Minister for Corporate Affairs is the President of IICA. IICA has been mandated to offer capacity building and advisory solutions to the government, statutory authorities, the private sector, etc. The corporate sector in India is rapidly growing, with many companies listed on the stock exchange, and IICA plays a crucial role in promoting good corporate governance practices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in research, policy work, and ongoing projects
- Work under assigned supervisor/guide
- Submit reports, assignments, and presentations
- Participate in institutional projects and capacity-building initiatives

Eligibility
- Students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B (final year preferred)
- Students from related disciplines (management, economics, etc.)
- Young professionals who have completed their studies within the last 6 months
- Applicants must not be engaged in any other employment
This role is best suited for law students in their 3rd/4th/5th year pursuing a career in corporate law or management.
Stipend / Compensation
The stipend is βΉ10,000 per month, subject to satisfactory performance. It may be reduced to βΉ5,000 if accommodation is provided. In some cases, unpaid internships may be offered.
Duration & Location
The minimum duration is 1 month, and the maximum duration is up to 6 months (extendable based on performance and requirement). The internship will be in hybrid mode, and the location is Gurugram (IMT Manesar), Haryana.
