Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), commercial agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Assist the legal team in reviewing and preparing shareholder agreements.
  • Conduct legal research on corporate laws, intellectual property rights, and regulatory developments affecting the business.
  • Maintain legal records, contract repositories, intellectual property databases, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Operations teams, and external consultants, on legal and compliance matters.
