Key Responsibilities

• Advising on Indian employment law matters, such as drafting employment contracts, reviewing HR policies, and managing disciplinary actions, terminations, and dispute resolutions.
• Collaborating closely with global legal teams in the U.S. and Europe to ensure legal practices and policies are harmonized across jurisdictions.
• Supporting U.S. operations by reviewing contracts, helping with regulatory filings, and ensuring ongoing legal compliance in coordination with international counterparts.
• Identifying legal risks in business operations and offering business-oriented, pragmatic solutions that support growth and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
