Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Counsel / Legal & Compliance Associate will manage critical components of the company’s legal risk and compliance frameworks. Responsibilities include:

  • Employee Relations: Assist in internal investigations, manage compliance reports, and generate risk dashboards.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Roll out Booking’s global compliance initiatives and adapt them to Indian laws and regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification is mandatory for the “Counsel” designation.
