Internship Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern at LegalPay, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist the legal team in preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics.
- Support the legal team in their day-to-day tasks and operations.
- Assist other departments as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate data records and client communications.
Internship Details
- Location: Gurugram (on-site)
- Duration: 2-3 months
- Stipend: As per industry standards
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing an LLB or LLM degree.
- Knowledge of key legal frameworks such as the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Companies Act, Contracts Act, Civil Procedure Code, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
- Strong writing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
- Proficiency in English with good drafting capabilities.
