Internship Responsibilities

As a Legal Intern at LegalPay, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist the legal team in preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research on various topics.
  • Support the legal team in their day-to-day tasks and operations.
  • Assist other departments as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain accurate data records and client communications.

Internship Details

  • Location: Gurugram (on-site)
  • Duration: 2-3 months
  • Stipend: As per industry standards

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Currently pursuing an LLB or LLM degree.
  • Knowledge of key legal frameworks such as the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Companies Act, Contracts Act, Civil Procedure Code, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
  • Strong writing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Proficiency in English with good drafting capabilities.
