About the Job – Legal Associate (Dispute Resolution)

Arrow Law Partners is seeking a Legal Associate (0–3 Years PQE) to join its Dispute Resolution team in Bengaluru.

This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for fresh graduates and early-career lawyers looking to gain hands-on experience in litigation and dispute resolution. The Associate will work closely with senior lawyers, gain courtroom exposure, and handle drafting, research, and client advisory work.


Key Responsibilities

The selected Legal Associate will be entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Litigation Support: Assist in handling civil, criminal, and commercial disputes before courts and tribunals.
  • Legal Research: Conduct detailed legal research on case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support litigation strategy.
  • Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare pleadings, petitions, written submissions, contracts, and client advisories with accuracy and clarity.
  • Court Representation: Appear before courts (as required) under the guidance of senior lawyers and represent clients in procedural matters.
  • Client Advisory: Provide practical and strategic legal advice to clients while ensuring clarity in communication.
