Eligibility Criteria
Ideal candidates for this internship should meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled in a 5-year LL.B. program (4th or 5th year) from a recognized university
- Prior exposure to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) is preferred
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and show initiative
- Must be available for full-time in-office work in Jaipur

Key Responsibilities
Legal interns at G D Bansal & Associates will gain hands-on experience across IP, civil, and commercial law practice areas. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research on Intellectual Property, civil, and commercial law matters
- Drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, replies, notices, and other legal documents
- Researching case laws and preparing legal briefs and summaries
- Assisting senior lawyers in case preparation and litigation strategy
- Supporting the team during client consultations and court appearances (if required)
- Maintaining organized records of case documents and research notes
- Gaining exposure to practical aspects of IP rights enforcement and commercial dispute resolution
