Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel on commercial, regulatory, and technology matters.
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Lead initiatives with cross-functional teams, including tax, litigation, finance, and public policy.
- Navigate and influence evolving regulations in India’s marketplace sector.

Basic Qualifications:
- LLB or equivalent law degree.
- 8-14 years of legal experience, focused on technology and commercial transactions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and business judgment skills.
- Strong ethics, integrity, and independence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of E-commerce regulations, FDI, IP law, Consumer Protection, IT Law, Competition Law, and Advertising Laws.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
