Eligibility Criteria
T&S Law has set clear eligibility requirements to maintain the quality of its internship program. Interested candidates must meet the following:
- 5th-year Law Students or Law Graduates are eligible to apply.
(Important Note: 4th-year students and below should not apply, as the firm follows a separate internship policy for them.) - Strong legal research and drafting skills with the ability to produce precise and accurate work.
- A keen interest in Capital Market and its related legal frameworks.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under supervision.

Key Responsibilities
The selected Legal Intern will gain exposure to high-value assignments and practical training in the following areas:
- CIBIL & Promoter Watchout Checks: Assisting in background verifications, compliance reviews, and due diligence processes.
- Legal Research & Drafting: Preparing drafts, research notes, and legal documents relevant to corporate and capital market law.
- IPR Due Diligence: Engaging in intellectual property rights verification, review of ownership structures, and protection of legal rights.
- Investment Chapters: Assisting in the drafting and review of investment-related documents and agreements.
