About the Role

  • Supporting senior partners and legal teams in deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and managing post-closing matters.
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends impacting corporate and M&A laws.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in General Corporate and M&A legal matters.
  • Hold a recognized law degree (LLB) from an accredited university.
