Position: Associate
Eligibility Criteria:
- Post Qualification Experience (PQE): 6 months to 1 year
- Prior exposure to litigation practice, especially at the High Court of Bombay, is preferred.
- Must be well-versed in basic legal drafting and court procedure.

Job Responsibilities
- Handling litigation matters, primarily in civil and commercial disputes.
- Coordinating with senior counsel and briefing them for hearings.
- Drafting a variety of legal documents including:
- Praecipes
- Petitions
- Legal Notices
- Drafting and vetting transactional documents such as:
- Deed of Transfer
- Release Deed
- Wills
- Lease Agreements
- Leave and License Agreements
