Key Responsibilities:

As a Contract Specialist โ€“ Global Procurement, your primary responsibility will be to draft, review, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts across various categories including technology, airport services, hotels, and operations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing procurement contracts in accordance with company standards and legal regulations.
  • Managing contracts across multiple categories such as technology services, hotels, airport operations, and other vendor-related agreements.
  • Tracking contract renewals, terminations, and expirations to avoid disruptions in procurement timelines.
  • Automating workflows to ensure streamlined contract lifecycle management and documentation accuracy.
  • Monitoring supplier performance, compliance, and addressing any discrepancies or procurement-related issues.
  • Identifying and managing supplier risk and supporting corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to align contract terms with business objectives.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve contract terms, supplier relationships, and internal processes.
  • Maintaining contract databases, documentation, and supporting audit and compliance reviews.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or any other related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in procurement, contract management, or financial operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional command of English.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex contract issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • The candidate must be legally authorized to work in India without the need for sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
