ational Conference on IP Issues in the Digital World at RMLNLU

The DPIIT IPR Chair at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU), Lucknow, is organizing a National Conference on IP Issues in the Emerging Digital World, focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI), on November 9, 2024. This event will explore how the merging of intellectual property (IP) law with new technologies such as AI, Blockchain, and the Metaverse is transforming innovation and challenging current IP systems.

About the Conference

As we transition into the digital era, these innovations are testing the traditional boundaries of intellectual property protection. For instance, AI-generated content raises new concerns regarding authorship, while the advent of digital assets complicates IP enforcement.
