Key Responsibilities

As a Litigation Paralegal Remote India, your core tasks will include:

• Assisting in U.S. litigation matters by accessing and researching cases through PACER
• Drafting motions, case summaries, research memos, discovery responses, and client updates
• Conducting deep legal research on civil litigation precedents and procedural laws
• Supporting GDPR documentation and IP litigation briefs when required
• Reviewing contracts, redlining documents, and assisting with compliance reports

Eligibility & Requirements
