Position / Duration:
- Legal Internship for September 2025 and subsequent months
- Joining Date: First day of the month applied for
- Full-time commitment preferred for hands-on learning
Eligibility Criteria:
- Law students enrolled in 3rd–5th year (5-year course) or 2nd–3rd year (3-year course)
- Demonstrated passion for diverse legal fields including litigation, corporate law, and intellectual property law
- Prior experience in legal research, drafting, or internships preferred
- Strong research and drafting skills, with familiarity in legal databases like SCC Online and Manupatra
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple assignments efficiently

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed legal research on contracts, intellectual property matters, constitutional issues, criminal law, arbitration, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters
- Assist in drafting Supreme Court Letters Patent Appeals (SLPs), Writ Petitions, commercial suits, contracts, settlement agreements, and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)
- Support senior lawyers with ancillary legal tasks including preparing case briefs, filing documents, and managing legal references
- Contribute to client matters under supervision, gaining practical exposure to litigation strategy and corporate advisory
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all research and drafting tasks
Number of Vacancies:
3–5 positions available per month
Stipend:
Unpaid internship; valuable for gaining practical exposure, mentorship, and legal experience
