  • Legal Intern (In-house Legal Team)
  • Full-time internship

Eligibility Criteria

The ideal candidate for the Legal Intern position should meet the following requirements:

  • LLB graduate from a recognized university
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Interest in corporate compliance, contracts, and documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under supervision
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to learning
  • Strong communication skills for internal coordination and reporting

Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Intern at Ferns N Petals, the candidate will gain hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations and advisory. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and internal legal documents
  • Assisting the in-house legal team with compliance-related filings and reporting
  • Supporting day-to-day documentation, advisory, and legal coordination
  • Reviewing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to statutory and company regulations
  • Liaising with business teams to provide legal inputs on commercial transactions
  • Assisting in dispute resolution matters or vendor agreements under supervision
  • Preparing legal notes, reports, and summaries for internal circulation
