Key Responsibilities

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), licensing deals, and NDAs.

- Advising on Indian employment law matters, such as drafting employment contracts, reviewing HR policies, and managing disciplinary actions, terminations, and dispute resolutions.
- Collaborating closely with global legal teams in the U.S. and Europe to ensure legal practices and policies are harmonized across jurisdictions.
- Supporting U.S. operations by reviewing contracts, helping with regulatory filings, and ensuring ongoing legal compliance in coordination with international counterparts.
- Identifying legal risks in business operations and offering business-oriented, pragmatic solutions that support growth and innovation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To be successful in this Legal Counsel Job in India, the ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications and traits:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent from a reputed Indian university.
