Position:
Legal Associate – Full-Time
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Law Graduate (3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B.)
- Registered with the Bar Council of India
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in legal practice, preferably in litigation and advisory
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Preference for candidates residing in or around Karol Bagh, New Delhi
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
The Legal Associate will be actively involved in various aspects of litigation and legal advisory work, gaining hands-on experience under the supervision of senior advocates. Specific responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed legal research across various practice areas, including corporate, civil, commercial, and criminal law
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, applications, notices, contracts, and agreements
- Assisting senior advocates in preparing case strategies and legal arguments for court proceedings
- Supporting the litigation team in managing case files, reviewing evidence, and preparing case briefs
- Attending court proceedings alongside senior lawyers and assisting in courtroom advocacy
- Engaging with clients to understand case requirements, provide updates, and maintain professional relationships
- Assisting in the review and interpretation of laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to ongoing cases
- Preparing reports, summaries, and recommendations on complex legal matters
- Coordinating with external counsels, government authorities, and other stakeholders as required
- Ensuring compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements in all legal processes
- Contributing to internal legal knowledge-sharing and training initiatives
