Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following conditions to apply:

  • Law Students (5-year course): Currently enrolled in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of the 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
  • Law Students (3-year course): Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of the 3-year LL.B. programme.
  • Application for Multiple Slots: Students who wish to apply for more than one internship slot must submit a separate form for each slot.

This ensures fair opportunity and smooth allocation of internships across different months.


Mode of Internship

  • The internship is offered in full-time, physical mode only.
  • Interns will be required to be present at the Supreme Court premises in New Delhi during the entire duration of the internship.
  • Remote/virtual internships are not available.

This physical presence allows students to immerse themselves in court proceedings and actively participate in research assignments.


Duration

  • Internship slots are available from September 2025 to December 2025.
  • The exact duration will depend on the selected slot, as per the office’s requirements and the student’s availability.
