About the Internship

Sahas Legal Services is inviting applications for its Compliance & Litigation Internship Program. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this internship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Law students in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law course, OR in the 2nd year or above of a 3-year LL.B. program.
  • Strong research and drafting skills.
  • Punctuality, discipline, and commitment to learning.
  • Ability to work full-time during the internship (11:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 6 days a week with rotational week-offs).
  • Final-year students are encouraged to apply, as they may be considered for a trainee opportunity with a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) after 6 months, subject to performance.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will gain practical exposure across compliance and litigation. Responsibilities include:

  • Regulatory Compliance & Research: Conducting research on statutory obligations, assisting in compliance-related filings, and staying updated with legal developments.
  • Litigation Support: Attending court proceedings, assisting lawyers during hearings, and preparing briefs.

Key Responsibilities
