Internship Opportunity at Chambers of Nipun Saxena – February 2025

The Chambers of Nipun Saxena is pleased to announce a six-week internship for the month of February 2025. This opportunity offers law students hands-on experience in litigation, giving them the chance to immerse themselves in the legal field and enhance their professional skills.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this internship, candidates must be at least in their third year of a 5-year integrated law course or second year of a 3-year LLB program. We seek students with a strong interest in litigation who are eager to learn and contribute.

Number of Positions Available

This internship offers 3 positions, an increase from previous internships. The Chambers previously received an overwhelming number of applications for only 2 slots, prompting the expansion of positions available.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three phases:

  1. CV Review: We will initially assess your CV to evaluate your qualifications and experience.
  2. Written Assignment/Draft: If shortlisted, you will complete a written assignment to test your legal writing and analysis skills.
  3. Personal Interview: In the final stage, we will invite candidates for a personal interview to further assess their fit for the internship.

Please note that this internship is not an assessment for a permanent associate position, and it is not meant to serve as such.

Important Considerations

We want to remind applicants that this internship demands significant dedication. It is not a “light” or “easy” commitment. If you have other obligations or commitments, we encourage you to reconsider applying, as this internship requires focus and full involvement.
