Eligibility Criteria

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- 3–4 years of active litigation experience

Key Responsibilities
The Junior Associate (Advocate) will play a crucial role in the litigation and advisory practice of the firm. Core responsibilities include:
- Drafting pleadings, contracts, affidavits, notices, written statements, petitions, and legal opinions
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and preparing case notes, briefs, and arguments
- Appearing before the Calcutta High Court, District Courts, tribunals, and forums such as DRT, NCLT, Consumer Forum, MSME councils, and ADR panels
- Assisting senior advocates in preparing case strategies and courtroom presentations
- Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, compliance, and remedies
- Managing timelines, procedural requirements, and filings with diligence
- Supporting the firm’s dispute resolution practice, including arbitration and mediation
