- Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements and legal documents such as Confidentiality Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Service Agreements, and Letters of Authority/Undertaking.
- Negotiate contract terms with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure legal protection for Cipla.
- Contract Management & Compliance
- Assist business teams in structuring and documenting commercial deals, including out-licensing, in-licensing, and supply-distribution arrangements.
- Ensure contracts comply with statutory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
- Advisory & Risk Mitigation
- Provide day-to-day legal advisory to various business functions.
- Assess and mitigate legal risks in new and ongoing transactions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Support Legal Projects
- Assist in ad-hoc legal projects and assignments given by the Team Lead.
- Contribute to strengthening Cipla’s legal and compliance framework.
