What Weโ€™re Looking For

Silverpush is seeking a Legal Associate who is enthusiastic about commercial law and ready to contribute meaningfully to our legal and business operations. This is a full-time role for individuals who possess a strong legal foundation, especially in contract law, and have the potential to handle legal matters independently under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Associate at Silverpush, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, and marketing partnerships.
  • Media and Advertising Agreements: Support teams with reviewing contracts specific to media buys, digital ad campaigns, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal compliance with local laws and international regulations relating to privacy, advertising, and consumer protection.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify legal risks in proposed business deals and suggest practical legal solutions.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal business teams, external counsel, and clients to facilitate contract closure and ongoing compliance.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research and draft internal memos or advisory notes on evolving legal issues in advertising, technology, data protection, and intellectual property.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized Indian university.
  • Possess 0โ€“1 year of post-qualification experience, preferably in a corporate law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Have excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Are detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, and general corporate legal principles.
  • Bonus: Prior experience with media or advertising contracts will be an added advantage.

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), India is inviting applications for its prestigious Online Short-Term Internship Programme (STIP) 2025, designed to provide students, researchers, and young professionals an opportunity to understand the functioning of NHRC and the human rights protection framework in India.

Through this internship, participants gain first-hand exposure to the roles and responsibilities of NHRC in addressing human rights violations, policy recommendations, and legal reforms.

Location & Mode of Internship

โ€ข Mode: Online (Remote, Full-Time)
โ€ข Duration: 2 Weeks (22nd September โ€“ 3rd October 2025)
โ€ข Timings: 10:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

This internship provides a structured virtual learning experience, combining lectures, research, assignments, and interactive sessions with NHRC officials and experts.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this internship, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
โ€ข Students from the 3rd year onwards of a 5-year integrated postgraduate (PG) course.
โ€ข Students in the 3rd or final year of a 3-year graduation program.
โ€ข Students enrolled in any semester/year of postgraduate degree or diploma courses.
โ€ข Research scholars from any academic stream.
โ€ข Must have at least 60% marks in Class XII and all subsequent courses. Candidates should also provide the CGPA-to-percentage conversion formula if applicable.
โ€ข Age limit: Applicants must not be more than 28 years old as of 1st August 2025.

This wide eligibility criterion ensures that undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral-level students with an interest in human rights law, governance, and policy studies can participate.

Stipend & Certification

The NHRC internship offers both financial support and certification benefits:
