Eligibility Criteria

The Attorney – General Corporate will be engaged in a wide array of corporate legal tasks. Responsibilities include:

  1. Corporate Advisory & Transactions
    • Assist in general corporate advisory, including structuring transactions and reviewing corporate strategies
    • Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, investments, and corporate restructurings
    • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, contracts, and related documentation
  2. Due Diligence & Compliance
    • Conduct due diligence exercises for corporate transactions
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and corporate governance standards
    • Assist in deal structuring and risk assessment to protect client interests
  3. Client Engagement & Matter Management
    • Work directly with clients to understand business needs and provide legal solutions
    • Manage corporate matters end-to-end under supervision of senior partners
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely completion of tasks
  4. Legal Research & Documentation
    • Research applicable laws, precedents, and regulatory provisions
    • Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing notes for corporate advisory matters
    • Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and updates for clients
  5. Collaboration & Professional Growth
    • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to enhance understanding of corporate transactions

Compensation

  • Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
