Position: Associate

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Post Qualification Experience (PQE): 6 months to 1 year
  • Prior exposure to litigation practice, especially at the High Court of Bombay, is preferred.
  • Must be well-versed in basic legal drafting and court procedure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling litigation matters, primarily in civil and commercial disputes.
  • Coordinating with senior counsel and briefing them for hearings.
  • Drafting a variety of legal documents including:
    • Praecipes
    • Petitions
    • Legal Notices
  • Drafting and vetting transactional documents such as:
    • Deed of Transfer
    • Release Deed
    • Wills
    • Lease Agreements
    • Leave and License Agreements
