Flexible Remote Legal and Tax Jobs with Hands-On Training – Apply Now!

We’re hiring! If you’re looking for remote legal and tax jobs that combine flexibility with hands-on experience in complex, high-stakes areas like international tax, M&A, and corporate law, this opportunity is for you. Our team is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome curious, motivated professionals to join us on challenging assignments and fast-paced projects.

This is not a typical support role. These remote legal and tax jobs are designed for individuals who want to build real domain expertise, work on advanced transactions, and develop a deep understanding of tax structures and legal strategy. You’ll be working directly with me on current issues affecting clients across jurisdictions, especially in the areas of tax structuring, corporate transactions, and advisory.

About the Roles

These remote legal and tax jobs are designed to offer a rich learning experience with maximum flexibility. You’ll be involved in projects that span the areas of international taxation, cross-border M&A, and corporate tax strategy. From the very start, you’ll contribute to real assignments, build technical depth, and receive hands-on training from experienced practitioners.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in real, impactful work—not just theoretical analysis or support functions. You’ll play a role in understanding and solving complex tax issues, developing structuring strategies, supporting transactions, and drafting analytical content and client updates.

Who We’re Looking For

We are inviting applications from two specific categories of professionals:

  • Fresh law graduates from reputable Indian law schools who have a demonstrated interest in taxation or corporate law.
  • Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) who may or may not have prior exposure to legal-tax intersections.

Candidates may be freshers or have up to three years of post-qualification experience. More than prior experience, what we value is a genuine curiosity about the subjects, the ability to research and reason deeply, and a willingness to learn. We’re building future experts—and that requires dedication and a mindset that thrives on complexity.

If you’re the kind of person who loves solving puzzles, enjoys asking “why” before saying “yes,” and is comfortable working with international standards, tax treaties, structuring instruments, and commercial law doctrines, you’ll fit right in.

What We Offer

  • Remote-first, flexi-time model – You can work from anywhere and adapt your schedule based on peak energy and productivity hours.
  • High-stakes, high-impact work – Not administrative support or copy-paste research. You’ll contribute to strategy and decision-making.
  • Direct mentorship – You’ll work closely with me, get feedback, and grow quickly in technical areas that are rarely taught outside elite practices.
  • Ongoing training – Learning is continuous, and we encourage deep reading, guided exploration, and writing assignments that help clarify your thinking.

This role is designed for professionals who are serious about building expertise, not just collecting job titles. Whether you want to eventually move into Big Law, advisory, or academia, the experience you gain here will position you well for future success.

Application Process

If you’re interested in joining our growing team and exploring exciting remote legal and tax jobs, please apply in confidence by sending your CV to:
positions@dramarmehta.com

Please include a brief cover note (in the body of your email) describing your background, interest in international tax and corporate law, and what you’re hoping to learn or build during your time with us.

Final Thoughts

We believe in building teams that combine sharp intellect with humility, rigour with flexibility, and expertise with a hunger to keep learning. If this resonates with you, and you’re looking to build a meaningful career in international tax, M&A, or corporate law, we’d love to hear from you. Flexible, remote, and intellectually rich—these roles offer much more than your standard junior position.
